This policy explains how CONCREX handles personal data on concrex-con.com, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018. Our online shop has its own detailed policy on the shop website.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or profiling on this website, and we do not send marketing emails.
3. Who receives it
- GoDaddy — website hosting and email, as our processor under a data-processing agreement.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivers the chart library used on the curing-monitor dashboard; it receives your IP address to serve the file.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X — only if you click our links to them; their own policies apply.
- Accountants and public authorities — only where the law requires.
We never sell personal data. Where a provider may access data from outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not lead to a job: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- If you become a client: for the duration of the project and then 6 years for accounting, tax and warranty records.
- Curing-monitor data: for the project and its warranty period, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
- Server logs: according to the hosting provider's standard rotation (usually a few weeks).
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email concrex@concrex-con.com; we reply within one month, free of charge, and may ask you to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus — www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS. The quote form is protected against spam bots, internal tools are password-protected, and only authorised staff read enquiries.
7. Cookies

8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
